At Bryant's Transport Inc. we take our job serious and work hard to screen our drivers before starting the actual application process. That being said, we have developed a "Pre-Employment" questionaire that we ask you to complete in order to start the process. Before we get started, we are a family oriented company and value our drivers as well as their families so we try our best to make sure our drivers are home on weekends. Of course there will always be exceptions but we do a pretty good job. That being said, our expectations of our drivers is to be able to run a minimum of a 600 miles radius of Houston, TX. This does means that you may be expected to stay overnight in your truck. Any longer orders that come in are not accepted until our staff checks with drivers for coverage. We also try to get you back home after an overnight stay so that you can keep rolling and generating an income. We pay by check every 2 weeks and all drivers (Company and Owner Operators) are paid off a percentage of the order. We also offer reduced rates for Owner Operators on all mechanical work done on your trucks our facility.

So this is what you can expect from us at Bryant's Transport. For our company drivers, we offer health, dental and vision insurance for you and your family. We also offer paid holidays after your 90 day probation period as well as paid vacation time after your first year as a company driver here at BTI. We do not slip seat trucks. As a company driver, when you are assigned a truck it is yours to take care of and responsibility for. Our fleet trucks are laregely kept at the tank wash with our trailers to help minimize any running around when starting your trip. Our trucks are equipped with the Big Road ELD app which has proven very useful for both our drivers and customers. Speaking of customers, we have a great customer base that is loyal to Bryant's Transport, which is reciprical from us to them. In short, we take care of our customers, we do not do system work.
