What We Do
Bryant's Transport Inc (BTI) is a family run carrier of liquid bulk materials. For the most part, we haul liquid Petro-Chemicals in support of the oil industry at the customer level. We also do brokered freight which means we do basic chemical transportation as well. All of our drivers are trained and certified to handle Hazardous Material in the performance of their duties. We have a variety of different types of tankers to suit your needs. Rear or Center discharge; Insulated and Non-Insulated; Vapor Recovery; High and low volume: All you need to do is let us know the requierments and we can make sure to allocate the correct resources to support your needs. We have a maintainince program in place as well to insure that our trailers are received at shipper, ready to load!
Our experienced drivers are equipped with pumps for offloading and some with compressors as well. All of our drivers are fully vetted to insure that every order transported is done so with safety, care and professionalism. They are in full 24/7 contact with our dispatch staff and all trucks are equipped with GPS so we know where your order is at all times. On-Time loading and delivery is a big part of our customer service program.
Our staff is constantly monitoring the progress of your order and will supply you periodic updates on its status and ETA. Good communication is a vital element of insuring you are kept on top of thins throughout every step of the order. Being able to make sure you have answers for your customers, before they ask them means that they are happy: And a happy customer is a returning customer!
We are all to aware that in today's business world and in this industry especially, you are only as good as the last service provided, or in our case, the last load hauled.
